All trademarks, logos, and examination names belong to their respective owners.
By signing in with Google OAuth, accessing the test engine, or purchasing an examination package on English Descriptive (english-descriptive.abhyas365.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.
The scoring, rubric feedback, error detection, and recommendations provided by our automated evaluation system (powered by Google Gemini) are strictly designed for educational practice and diagnostic feedback. They do not represent official marks and do not guarantee any specific performance or selection outcome in official competitive examinations. Official examination bodies use their own proprietary evaluation panels and rubrics.
Access is granted on an individual, non-transferable basis tied to your authenticated Google account. Candidates receive exactly one global free attempt across the platform. Paid packages (Single Exam at INR 59, All Exams at INR 99) grant access as specified at the time of purchase. Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass access controls using multiple Google accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Candidates retain ownership of the essays and answers they draft on the platform. By submitting your writing for evaluation, you grant English Descriptive a non-exclusive license to process your text through automated evaluation pipelines and retain your submission for your personal performance history. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or prompt-injection content designed to manipulate AI evaluators.
All payments are securely processed by Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes. Upon successful payment verification, entitlements are granted immediately. For our cancellation and refund terms, please review our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, English Descriptive and Abhyas365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
