Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods & Services

English Descriptive provides instant, digital access to proprietary exam questions, scoring rubrics, and automated AI evaluation compute resources. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and compute consumption, purchases of Single Exam (INR 59) and All Exams (INR 99) are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or mock tests have been commenced.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will gladly issue a full refund under the following verified technical conditions:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same package due to a network glitch or gateway timeout.
• Technical Delivery Failure: If payment succeeded on Razorpay, your account was debited, but our system failed to unlock your entitled mocks and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of notification.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a duplicate transaction or technical error, email support@abhyas365.me within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Registered Google account email
• Razorpay Payment ID (pay_...)
• Screenshot of the payment receipt or debit confirmation

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard banking and Razorpay processing schedules.
